The Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® developed by the Trauma Resource Institute Skills Building
The Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® developed by the Trauma Resource Institute is an evidence-based approach designed to help individuals restore balance to the nervous system and strengthen their capacity for well-being. At its core, CRM teaches six practical wellness skills that can be used anytime, anywhere, to manage stress and promote resilience.
Our goal is to equip teams to practice these skills and develop personal and team resilience.

Testimonials
CRM is a Protection
“CRM is like a protection against overheating so that an engine keeps running, or in this case to allow for the provider to protect against nervous system and psychological overwhelm that could harmfully stress or compress their functioning in the delivery of care.”
- Clinician
CRM is Strength
"CRM has strengthened my leadership by helping me stay grounded in high-pressure situations and create psychologically safe spaces for my team. Personally, it has supported healthier stress recovery and allowed me to show up more present and balanced.”
