Our Efforts

Within the Johns Hopkins Hospital Department of Pharmacy, we are especially interested in qualified individuals that may contribute to the excellence and diversity of the Hopkins community. Our efforts for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) align with the mission, vision, and values of Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Involvement Opportunities

Rx Diversity Council

As a part of the JHM Strategic Plan to foster a culture of diversity and inclusivity, the Pharmacy Department Academic Division has formed a Diversity Council. This collaboration involves both the Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center (JHBMC) campus. The focus of the diversity council is to support the needs of the Pharmacy Department. Membership is open to ALL employees of the JHH & JHBMC Departments of Pharmacy. The Rx Diversity Council seeks members passionate and supportive of diversity, inclusivity, equity, and willingness to commit to the council’s mission and vision statement:
