This course is an introduction to key leadership competencies for medical educators. Participants will design their own leadership development plan that aligns with a strategic vision for their long-term career advancement and short-term goals within medical education.

The IEE Education Conference and Celebration is an annual conference engaging the Hopkins' community of seasoned and budding educators, including many students and trainees. It is specifically designed to provide a venue in which those interested in medical and biomedical education from across the Schools of Medicine, Nursing and Public Health can come together to share ideas, educational research, innovations, and instructional methodologies; to learn from each other and guests, promote a community of educators, and celebrate our great teachers and educators. We welcome participation from educators from around the world!

Join us for a fun, interactive and experiential program to enhance teaching skills. It is aimed at all levels of expertise working in diverse educational contexts, and is changed and updated every year. We welcome participation from educators from around the world!
Teaching Camp will be two one-day events: Summer Teaching Camp (date above) and Winter Teaching Camp that will be offered in January 2024.
