Nursing Continuing Professional Development
**The 2024 SHINE Conference closed on May 16th, 2024.**
You can still learn from the nurse authors who presented at the 2024 SHINE Conference: posters and presentations will be available through April 2026. Visit the Virtual Poster Hall and Virtual Poster Hall to see their work.
Participants are eligible to receive Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) contact hours for attending this conference. You may choose to participate in any or all of the below sessions to earn up to 22.5 contact hours.
Participants will receive one NCPD certificate with the total contact hours earned. Certificates will be emailed after May 16, when the on-demand conference closes.

View and evaluate at least three (3) poster presentations Poster contact hours will be offered in increments of three only. For example, three posters = 0.5 contact hours; six posters = 1.0 contact hours; nine posters = 1.5 contact hours, etc. No partial contact hours will be offered, e.g., four or five posters = .05 contact hours. Posters can be viewed in-person or in the Virtual Poster Hall. |

Requirements
To receive contact hours, attendees must:
- Register for the conference, HERE
- Complete the overall conference evaluation form, HERE. You only need to fill out the overall conference evaluation ONCE.
- Choose which posters/oral presentations you are interested in, view the entire session and complete a presenter conference evaluation form for EACH.
You are only able to claim contact hours once per session or poster. If you claim NCPD contact hours for attending a session in-person you cannot also claim NCPD contact hours for watching the same session online.
Please check the “send me a copy of my responses” box (below), just above “submit.” You must do this for each evaluation you complete.
Participants will have until May 16, 2024 to register for the conference, participate in the conference and complete the evaluation form. Upon completion of the evaluation form, an NCPD certificate will be emailed within two to three weeks.
