Building on the success of the Communication and Resolution Program (CRP) throughout the Johns Hopkins Health System, the Armstrong Institute Center for Harm Response was launched in 2026. The Center provides CRP training and program support both internally to our health system and externally to health systems nationwide. Offering unmatched, real-world experience in implementing Communication and Reconciliation Programs at scale, our team is available to consult, train and assist throughout the harm response journey.
