Service Excellence Manager

Danielle is the Service Excellence Manager with the Department of Family Centered Care at the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2022. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida, followed by a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Walden University. Danielle has been in the medical field for over 18 years and has worked in several specialties in the Pinellas county area.

Donna Madden

Patient and Family Relations Specialist

Donna Madden is a Patient and Family Relations Specialist in the hematology-oncology, neurosciences and the neonatal intensive care units. She joined the hospital staff in 2007 launching the Family Representative position. She attended Florida Southwestern State College, Eastern Florida State College and New School for Social Research.
