Registrar's Office

 

NOTICE: The Office of the Registrar has temporarily Suspended in-person services effective March 17, 2020 - subject to change based on guidelines provided by the university.

The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Registrar's Office is the repository for all academic records for School of Medicine medical and graduate students, and keeps official records of appointment for postdoctoral fellows, house staff, trainees and observers. The Registrar's Office also manages health, dental, life, disability, dependent care and retirement benefits accounts for students, fellows, house staff and trainees.

The Registrar's Office is responsible for student scheduling, transcript and medical licensure processing, and certification among a variety of academic support services.

Major student activities coordinated through the Registrar's Office includes the SOM graduation/convocation ceremony and student orientation.

Office hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Services are offered via email, fax, and phone. In-person counter transactions remain closed.
