School of Medicine graduate students should register for at least one Fall 2026 course by July 17, 2026, to avoid delays with billing and access to Fall term services. Students who need assistance with registration should submit a request through SEAM.

Course Withdrawal Deadline – Course Withdrawal Deadline (varies by course)
Students may withdraw from a course through the midpoint of the course. Because course start and end dates vary, withdrawal deadlines differ by course. Courses dropped after the add/drop deadline and through the midpoint of the course will be recorded on the transcript with a grade of W (Withdrawal). Withdrawals are not permitted after the midpoint of the course.
