Research services are at the heart of the Department of Genetic Medicine. Our research service centers and programs provide key services to researchers across Johns Hopkins, as well as to external clients.

Service centers or core facilities are centralized shared research resources that provide access to instruments, technologies and services, as well as expert consultation and other services to scientific and clinical investigators. The Department of Genetic Medicine is home to five service centers, including:

• Finzcenter Zebrafish Core Center
• Johns Hopkins Genomics
