Comprehensive Care Practice

The Comprehensive Care Practice (CCP) at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is an adult primary care practice that provides routine medical care. The practice offers:

  • Primary medical care
  • Referrals for specialty services
  • Help connecting to services offered in the community
  • Case management and education services for HIV patients
  • Buprenorphine treatment (this service is offered only to patients followed by one of CCP’s providers for their regular primary care)
  • HIV care
  • Hepatitis C treatment

Faculty & Staff

The Comprehensive Care Practice features a team of experts in primary care, as well as specialized care for patients with HIV or substance abuse problems.
