Explanation of Change: 

Starting Aug. 15, 2026, USFHP will join our other health plans in the Availity provider portal. Providers will be able to manage USFHP transactions alongside our current health plans in one centralized location. 

Training will be offered to our USFHP providers as we get closer to August 15.

• Please use this link to set up a free Availity account.
• The HealthLINK portal will be decommissioned by Oct. 31, 2026.  Providers will see changes in the HealthLINK portal as we begin to turn off features in the portal.

As a reminder, the Availity portal offers the following functions:

• Claims submissions
• Authorizations and clinical documentation attachments
• Eligibility and benefits inquiry
• Appeals/Disputes process and forms
• NovoLogix access for medical injectable prior authorization requests
• EviCore access for specified medical procedures prior authorization requests
