Corporate Giving Program

Through our Corporate Giving Program, Johns Hopkins Health Plans invests in organizations that improve community health, address social determinants of health, and create lasting change.

About Johns Hopkins Health Plans (JHHP)

JHHP is a partnership between the Johns Hopkins Health System and the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine to develop and administer innovative managed care programs and solutions, serving more than 700,000 individuals throughout the Baltimore-Washington region.

We recognize many worthwhile charitable organizations are doing outstanding work in our region. We want to support as many charitable organizations — consistent with our giving guidelines — as our funding allows.

Focus Area

JHHPs primary focus area for funding is to address Social Determinants of Health and Wellbeing, including:

  • Food insecurity: fresh food access and education about healthy food choices for the entire family.
  • Healthy aging in place: supportive programs to prioritize and empower senior health.
  • Programs that educate, empower, and support families and communities to better understand and care for the mental health of youth.

Johns Hopkins Health Plans is no longer accepting applications at this time, as all available funds for the current fiscal year have been committed. Please check back in July 2026 for updates.
