Explanation of Change:
The Availity provider portal will be inaccessible during the weekend of June 27-28, 2026, due to a planned Disaster Recovery (DR) test to validate recovery procedures in a controlled setting.

The planned duration of the testing is approximately 12 hours. During this time, all production services will be offline.

As a reminder, Availity functionality includes:

• Authorizations — alternative fax process outlined below
• Authorization attachments — clinical documentation
• Claims submission and status
• Eligibility and benefits inquiry
• Appeals/Disputes process and forms
• NovoLogix access for medical injectable prior authorization requests
• EviCore access for specified medical procedures prior authorization requests
