Explanation of Change:

The UpLift mental health platform is now being updated to use the BetterHelp name and branding, creating a more consistent experience across BetterHelp’s mental health services. UpLift and BetterHelp are both part of Teladoc Health. 

What is changing?
The UpLift platform now features BetterHelp branding. Providers and members may notice new colors, logos, styling, and naming throughout the platform. Although the platform looks different, the way users receive care has not changed.

Do providers and members need to take any action?
No. They can continue accessing the platform and receiving care as usual.

Will logins change?
Your patients can continue signing in and accessing their care as usual. They do not need to create a new account or change their login information because of the rebrand.

What does this mean for the care patients are receiving?
Patients will continue receiving care from the same providers. Their appointments, care experience, billing, and insurance arrangements will not change because of the rebrand.

Are emails from BetterHelp legit?
You and your patients may begin receiving BetterHelp-branded emails and notifications as part
of the update. If unsure whether a particular communication is legitimate, they should contact [email protected] before clicking links or providing account information.
