Program Culture and Resources

Our program fosters a supportive and collaborative environment where team spirit thrives. Fellows are welcomed into a close-knit, professional family, where mutual respect, camaraderie and a shared commitment to excellence are prioritized. Whether through daily roundsteam-building activities or social events, the program encourages a positive and uplifting atmosphere, both inside and outside of work. Fellows are supported by mentors and peers alike, building lasting relationships that extend far beyond their fellowship years. Once part of the NCCU family, fellows remain an integral part of the network, continuing to grow and excel together throughout their careers.
