Since 1983, Johns Hopkins Home Care Group has provided safe, high-quality and cost-effective care in the home and community. Our team links care across multiple sites for patients, families and colleagues in an effort to restore, maintain and promote health and reduce the effects of disease and disability.

Our home care services are available throughout Maryland and Washington, D.C., and in parts of northern Virginia and southeast Pennsylvania.
As part of Johns Hopkins Medicine, we pride ourselves on delivering safe, quality care at home. The Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality coordinates efforts to improve patient outcomes at the lowest cost possible across our health system.
A patient and family advisory council (PFAC) is an organization of current and former patients, family members and caregivers that works together to advance best practices. Learn more about the importance of a PFAC.
Our Home Care PFAC collaborates with home care leadership and staff to enhance the patient and family experience. The group meets monthly to discuss new programs, share educational materials and stay informed about our work.
