Dr. Kyle Barnack is a third-year Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellow. He graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine followed by a residency and chief year at Carolinas Medical Center. His academic interests include social drivers of health and PICU outcomes, bedside ultrasound, medical education, and reducing overutilization in bronchiolitis.
Alisa Corrado, M.D.
Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Fellow
Dr. Alisa Corrado is a second-year Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellow. She graduated from Rush Medical College of Rush University and completed her residency and chief resident year at Rush University Medical Center. Her scholarly interests include medical education research, and she is pursuing a Master’s in Education of Health Professions with a focus on nursing and resident physician medical education.
Kayla Delaney, M.D.

Dr. Kayla Delaney is a second-year Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellow. She graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. Her scholarly interests include respiratory immunophenotyping, improving satisfaction and performance of PICU teams, and simulation.
Nicole Francis, M.D.

Dr. Nicole Francis is a first-year Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellow. She graduated from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her residency at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County. She is currently exploring her scholarly interests.
Ayesha Sease, M.D.

Dr. Ayesha Sease is a first-year Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellow. She graduated from Meharry Medical College School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University at Buffalo. Her scholarly interests include the impact of health disparities on PICU admissions and outcomes.
Emily Zander, M.D.

Dr. Emily Zander is a third-year Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellow. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma medical school before continuing to her residency at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. Her academic interests are simulation in medical education and quality improvement.
