Her academic interests include shock, resuscitations, and medical education.

Dr. Molly Childers is a second-year Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellow. She graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine then completed her pediatric residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Her academic interests include medical education and simulation.

Dr. Jjais Richards is a third-year Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellow. She graduated from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine then completed her pediatric residency training at Loyola University Medical Center. Her academic interests are focused on increasing access to pediatric critical care and overcoming health disparities in critically ill children via telemedicine, simulation, and patient safety/quality improvement.

Dr. Alexa Roberts is a first-year Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellow. She graduated from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix, then completed her pediatric residency at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. Her academic interests include critical asthma, ARDS, preventable harms research and quality improvement.

Dr. Brett Russi is a second-year Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellow. He graduated from Florida State University College of Medicine then completed his pediatric residency at the University of South Florida. His academic interests include non-invasive ventilation for the management of bronchiolitis and status asthmaticus and pediatric ARDS.
