Director: Shivani Ahlawat, M.D.

Our musculoskeletal imaging section, which consists of five full-time musculoskeletal faculty members, offers one of the most comprehensive musculoskeletal fellowship programs available in the country. In addition to being recognized for excellence in routine evaluation of patients with common sports injuries, the Musculoskeletal Imaging Section is also recognized nationally and internationally for specialized diagnostic imaging studies and interventional procedures.

Applications for fellowship 2025 will be accepted starting November 1, 2023 and the interview process will begin January 8, 2024. You must be board certified or board qualified in diagnostic radiology and must be eligible to obtain a state of Maryland medical license.

Meet our fellows.
