Take Control of Your Diabetes – Live Healthy
Howard County General Hospital’s comprehensive diabetes program focuses on each individual and not just the disease. Our personalized approach to diabetes care begins at your very first visit to our program and lasts beyond your last interaction with our highly-trained staff. The information shared is designed to put you on the path to living healthy with diabetes for the long term.
Courses are open to diabetes patients as well as their caregivers. There’s no better time than now to improve your diabetes with HCGH as your partner in health. Visit hcgh.org/classes for a schedule of upcoming class dates.
