Refill and Transfer Prescriptions

Johns Hopkins Medicine pharmacies offer convenient ways to refill a prescription or transfer your existing prescription to one of our pharmacies. For the quickest service, we encourage you to request a refill or transfer before you come to our pharmacy.

  

Online Prescription Refills and Transfers 

It’s easy to transfer your prescription or get a refill with our online form. You can also check the status of your refill.

Call to Refill or Transfer Prescriptions 

You can call our automated system to refill a prescription. To get started, call 888-264-0393.  

For a prescription refill, you’ll need to provide your:  

  • Full name 
  • Date of birth 
  • Medication 
  • Prescription number 

To transfer a prescription from another pharmacy to us, you’ll need to speak with a staff member. When you call, please provide your:  

  • Full name 
  • Date of birth 
  • Current pharmacy and pharmacy phone number
