The Brancati Center for the Advancement of Community Care

It is the mission of The Brancati Center to improve the health of communities by developing new models of healthcare in partnership with community organizations. The Center is organized into three units:

  • Community Program Implementation
  • Education
  • Community-based Research.

The Brancati Center's focus is on providing access to evidence-based programs through partnerships with the community where people live, as well as to demonstrate outcomes.

Johns Hopkins Center for Health Equity

The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Equity works to make healthcare institutions more equitable, communities more engaged, and health policies and practices more effective to eliminate disparities in health and healthcare in Baltimore, the United States, and the world. The center takes a multi-faceted approach that develops leaders and integrates:

  • Research
  • Community engagement
  • Education
  • Policy translation
