      Overview

The program will be composed of one 2.5-hour virtual live workshop, an asynchronous 1 hour session for self-directed reflection and completion of an assessment about self, and 1 hour one-to-one coaching session for discussion and reflection interactions. Mindful of the time pressures and constraints facing faculty, this approach will be strategically focused on providing high yield elements of faculty development through coaching and professional identity principles.

The workshop includes completing the online CliftonStrengths tool which will be completed prior to the session and will take 40 minutes. The workshop also includes a 1-hour 1:1 coaching session with an executive coach that will be scheduled after the workshop. A pre-coaching worksheet will be completed prior to your personalized coaching session which will take about 20 minutes to complete to maximize your session.
