Workshops: Developing the Tools to Practice the Power of Nice
SNI’s WIN-win approach is based on the philosophy that “the best way to get what you want is to help the other side get some of what they want.” Participants will learn how to use the basic tools of negotiation and influencing through instruction and simulations. Facilitators will demonstrate how The 3 Ps apply in myriad negotiation and influencing situations through a combination of discussions and interactive exercises. Participants will learn to craft "WIN-win” negotiation strategies, become more effective in getting what they want, and cultivate lasting relationships long after “the deal is done” or the interaction is completed.
