The Women's Professional Advancement Council (WPAC)'s mission is to build, improve, and catalyze a healthy professional environment where women and their allies (all genders) can feel successful, lead, and achieve their career goals.
The WPAC includes Johns Hopkins women faculty and allies. There are four action-oriented work groups with the goal of catalyzing concrete improvements for women faculty. The work groups include Promotion and Career Development, Leadership, Well-being, and Family Support Resources.
