Are you a faculty member seeking a senior mentor or coach to enhance your professional academic development in clinical, research or educational pursuits? The Academy at Johns Hopkins includes retired and emeritus faculty from the Schools of Medicine, Nursing and Public Health, who are available to serve as mentors and coaches. Academy members who are experienced mentors/coaches have had decades of experience and have perspective on what is important. Many have held senior institutional and national leadership positions. Since they no longer have supervisory responsibilities, they can serve in a non-conflicted manner as an adjunct to a faculty member’s mentoring team.
