Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language therapy play a major role in many of our rehabilitation programs. The Johns Hopkins Rehabilitation Network offers rehabilitation therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings in many convenient locations.
Appointment and Procedure Updates
We are updating some appointment and procedure practices to help lessen the spread of the new coronavirus and COVID-19.
In some cases, appointments or procedures may need to be rescheduled. If there are changes to your care, your provider will contact you.
Our outpatient clinics are operational and accepting patient referrals. After a telemedicine evaluation, our providers will determine whether an in-person visit is needed or if appointments can continue by video or phone.
Scheduling Your Telemedicine Appointment
Many new and existing Johns Hopkins patients may now have the option to have a video appointment (telemedicine) with their provider, depending on their healthcare need. If you do not have a device to use for a video visit, you and your provider may decide that a telephone call will meet your needs.
