Take the First Step

Traveling to the United States to receive care — especially for rare and complex conditions — can be overwhelming. That’s why we’re here to guide you through the journey. Let’s start by making sure that traveling to the United States for care is right for you. 


What to Expect

After you answer the questions above and submit your request for an appointment, here’s what to do and what to expect:  

  • We will contact you within one business day. Please have the following material and information:

    • Medical issue to be addressed
    • Applicable medical records
    • Demographic information: gender, date of birth, ethnicity, etc.
    • Mailing address
    • Copy of passport
    • Copy of insurance card (we will verify your benefits at the time of appointment scheduling)
    • Your preferred time frame for an appointment
    • United States-issued visa

    To schedule an appointment, we will send your medical records to the appropriate clinical department. The department or provider may request additional records.

    • We will provide you with a confirmation packet detailing your appointments, care providers and other important information related to your visit.
    • You will receive a cost estimate for scheduled services.
  • It is important that you confirm your visit 10 days before your first visit. If you are paying out of pocket, payment is due in full before we can provide services.

  • We will help you with coordination of clinical services. Language assistance is provided through in-person, video remote and over the phone interpreting.

  • We will ensure that you have all necessary medical records, prescriptions and follow-up instructions from care providers. You will receive a consolidated final bill, and a coordinator will be available for continuing support and to schedule future visits.
