Delay of Gallup Survey
Our people are our number-one priority. That is why it’s so important that we continually build a better workplace for you.
Thanks to everyone who took the time to participate in our Gallup employee engagement surveys in the past. We are excited about the positive changes that resulted from prior year’s responses.
Our last employee engagement survey took place in the summer of 2013. We wanted to take more time to closely evaluate the results and create focus groups to find common themes and identify organizational barriers to engagement. We would also like to align the Safety Culture and Nursing Practice Environment to the Gallup survey, if possible.
With these initiatives in mind, we’ve decided to postpone the employee engagement survey until FY15. Even though the survey has been postponed, we are actively working on engagement within JHM. Employee engagement is a year-round initiative; and we can all make a difference. I hope you will join your colleagues and manager to continue to work on your impact plans based on your team’s results from the last survey. Please be sure to be a part of this critical process.
