Attention patients: For the safety of our community, we need to deploy all resources toward managing sick patients in this wave of the pandemic. For this reason, phone and MyChart message response times are longer than usual. As always, information about COVID-19 vaccinations, testing, guidelines and more can be found here. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Visitor Guidelines Update
Updated: 1/5/22 | The health and safety of our patients, families and employees is our top priority. Johns Hopkins Medicine locations are significantly limiting visitors due to rapid COVID-19 spread. Please review guidelines in advance. When permitted by the risk level, visitors must wear a mask, practice distancing and be screened for COVID-19, even if fully vaccinated.
Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccine Updates:
- Beginning January 11, 2022, Johns Hopkins Medicine will offer boosters for individuals ages 12–15 who received their second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at least five months ago.
- Starting January 18, 2022, additional doses will be available for children ages 5–11 who are immunosuppressed and received their second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at least 28 days ago
- Patients and proxies for eligible pediatric patients will be able to schedule a booster or additional dose appointment using MyChart. Learn more.
