Dr. Cross was very thorough and took my concerns seriously. She was also friendly and approachable and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate her swift follow-up with my test results as well.

Dr Cross listened. She ordered blood work and CT scan. She also caught my hypertension

This was my first visit with Dr. Cross but I've been a patient of this practice for a couple of years. She was well versed in my medical history so I didn't feel like I was starting all over. She was very attentive and considerate of the direction I wanted my care to go.

Dr. Cross is fairly new to me but I have confidence in her ability to treat my issues so far. Her demeanor is always calm & professional. However, I wish she would provide more clinical data on the meds she prescribes which includes possible side effects & put that information in the proper perspective.

Dr Cross was very thorough. This visit was to establish care. We discussed everything that was in my MyChart records, current breast cancer treatments and a bruise that I had on my leg. I was very pleased with Dr Cross.
