  • Handling personal and professional challenges
  • Understanding school policies
  • Connecting students with resources
  • Facilitating extracurricular pursuits, student groups and activities
  • Applying for professional programs and scholarships

Our office is responsible for assisting students through the residency application process, overseeing the Medical Student Senate and student groups, organizing large school events including Transition to Medical School (Orientation), Match Day, and the Graduation Gala, coordinating student employment, facilitating leaves of absences from the curriculum, and promoting student health and well-being. We partner with the other school offices to improve services offered to students and develop and manage school policies related to student life.

Hours and Location

Formal appointments are not made for walk-in hours. Walk-in hours are for students who may have a question that can be answered in an amount of time that will allow other students the opportunity to also take advantage of these hours. For other issues, please feel free to contact the administrative coordinator (see contact below) or stop by or call the main office at 410-955-3416 to schedule an appointment. You may also email [email protected].
