Faculty Policies, Appointment Information, and Forms

The Office of Faculty Information staff are working remotely at this time.  Please send all communication to as in person service is temporarily halted.

Notice regarding Visiting Scientist Appointments:  Consistent with the procedure that’s been implemented for visiting medical students as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not accepting appointments for faculty at the rank of Visiting Scientist until July 2021 at the earliest. We will notify you when we can begin accepting applications again.


About the Office

The Office of Faculty Information was created in November 2018 to be the home of School of Medicine faculty information.  This includes appointment records previously held by the Office of the Registrar. In addition, the office will serve as the liaison to those who depend upon SOM faculty data.
