COVID-19 Update

Due to interest in the COVID-19 vaccines, we are experiencing an extremely high call volume. Please understand that our phone lines must be clear for urgent medical care needs. We are unable to accept phone calls to schedule COVID-19 vaccinations at this time. When this changes, we will update this website. Our vaccine supply remains limited. Read all COVID-19 Vaccine Information.

Associate Professor Promotion Committee

Our goal is to help you and your director in the promotions process.

Here you’ll find a template of properly prepared CV for academic promotion (12/16/15), and nomination letters that showcase scholarship expertise in research, teaching, clinical, and/or program building along with evidence of national  recognition for this scholarship—the criteria by which you are evaluated for promotion.

You’ll also find an FAQ section with answers extracted or directly linked to the Silver and Gold Books. Both documents are essential resources for all faculty. For those faculty (full-time or part-time) who are being nominated for promotion to Associate Professor on the Scholarship Track, the application and supporting materials should be submitted through Interfolio RPT.  More information on Interfolio and how to initiate an application can be found here. Those candidates who are being nominated for the rank of Associate Professor (Adjunct), review of the candidate's CV and Director's letter by the APPC is required, but the completion and submission of the nomination manager is not.
