The Pediatric Oncology Clinic – The Johns Hopkins Hospital provides specialized cancer infusion therapy for pediatric patients, delivered by a skilled clinical team in a supportive and child-friendly environment. The center features child life specialist resources, entertainment options, and complimentary Wi-Fi to help create a more comfortable and engaging experience for young patients and their families. 

Make an Appointment

Patients do not have to make an appointment. The providers place the orders in the Johns Hopkins Hospital Pediatric Oncology work queue, and the patient service coordinators schedule appointments from the orders. If schedule changes are necessary, the patient service coordinator will work with the patient and the family.

A parent, guardian or designated caregiver must be on site for pediatric infusion and transfusions.

Orleans Garage Renovations Beginning Dec. 15, 2025

Portions of the Orleans Garage will be undergoing renovations until May 2026. Some spaces will be temporarily unavailable for use during this work. Areas under construction will be separated by barriers, and signs will be placed in spaces 5-7 days before they are closed for renovations. There will be times when traffic is restricted to one passing lane, and trained flaggers will help direct traffic.

The dedicated spots for the following with not be closed off or impacted by the renovations: Hackerman-Patz Patient and Family Pavilion, Skip Viragh Outpatient Cancer Center, and the Rubenstein Child Health Building.

Please arrive early to allow extra time for parking. If your appointment is in the Levi Watkins, Jr., M.D., Outpatient Center, you can also park in the McElderry Garage.

Insurance Information

Patients and families can contact the clinic patient service coordinators who will confirm if Johns Hopkins is contracted with their insurance carrier. 

Referrals

Providers can contact the clinic patient coordinators. The patient coordinator will work with the provider and family on obtaining all pertinent information needed.
