The residents are given an extreme amount of independence in our fourth and fifth year, which I believe accelerates our readiness to be attendings and take on additional responsibilities. 3. Our Program Directors are open to any and all feedback and will make changes if asked. 4. The department will go to extreme measures to get you where you want to be.”
