The Johns Hopkins Proton Therapy Center in Washington, D.C. recently observed two significant milestones – its two-year anniversary and the treatment of more than 500 patients.

Meet Our Team Meet Michael Pishvaian, M.D.

Dr. Michael Pishvaian
Dr. Pishvaian is an internationally recognized physician-scientist specializing in the treatment of pancreatic cancer and advanced colon cancers. He joined the Johns Hopkins faculty in March 2020, and is leading the precision medicine program for the Kimmel Cancer Center in the Greater Washington, D.C. region. His research interests include developing new targeted therapies for pancreatic cancer and colon cancer, tailored to a patient’s unique tumor.
