COVID-19 Update

Due to interest in the COVID-19 vaccines, we are experiencing an extremely high call volume. Please understand that our phone lines must be clear for urgent medical care needs. We are unable to accept phone calls to schedule COVID-19 vaccinations at this time. When this changes, we will update this website. Our vaccine supply remains limited. Read all COVID-19 Vaccine Information.

Make an Appointment

Do you have to be a current or former leukemia patient at Johns Hopkins to make an appointment at the Life Clinic?

Our program is open to all leukemia survivors as well as other childhood cancers—no matter when or where you were treated. Patients who were not treated at Johns Hopkins should provide as much information as possible from their medical records and past physicians about their past cancer treatment to the Life Clinic.
