In 2014, Johns Hopkins Medicine launched a multiyear rollout of an electronic performance evaluation system that focuses on a collaborative goal-setting process between managers and employees. By July 2017, all Johns Hopkins organizations are slated to be using the electronic performance management system.
With this best-practice performance system for our managers and staff members, Johns Hopkins Medicine can continue its progress as a goal-driven organization that develops its people, accomplishes strategic goals and provides the best experience for our patients.
