Attracting and Developing Talent 

One of the strategic priorities of the Johns Hopkins Medicine Strategic Plan is to attract, engage, develop and retain the world’s best people. As a first step to achieve this, in 2014, the Johns Hopkins Health System’s Department of Human Resources moved to a new online recruitment management system. In addition, the health system, in tandem with The Johns Hopkins University, also has begun transitioning to an online performance management system.
