Project REACH Retrospective

As a national leader in health care employment, the Johns Hopkins Health System was awarded an exciting new federally supported program to boost the job skills and advancement opportunities of its existing workers. We coordinated this effort through Project REACH (Resources and Education for the Advancement of Careers at Hopkins).

Since July of 2004, more than 400 Hopkins employees have entered this innovative program and are well on their way to better paying, more rewarding positions throughout our system.

The following pages offer a retrospective detailing the project's design and implementation throughout the Johns Hopkins Health System.
