The Hospital Medicine Fellowship program at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center was established in 2008 and has graduated fellows who now have successful careers in leadership and academia.

Program Overview

  • Fellows may choose one of three tracks: Leadership, quality improvement, and medical education.
  • Opportunity to get an advanced degree (MBA at Carey Business School, Post Masters Certificate in Education, Lean Sigma Green Belt Certificate)
  • Duration: Two-years
  • Not a visa opportunity
  • Applications are accepted from Internal Medicine – or Family Medicine Board – eligible physicians.
  • Salary follows NIH PGY guidelines
