Biography
Nabha Tokekar, C.R.N.P., is a family medicine provider with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. After completing her undergraduate degree in 2014, N.P. Tokekar began her career in an intensive care unit as a registered nurse. She then worked at a community mental health facility where she helped care for intellectually and developmentally disabled patients. With the decision to continue her studies, she received her associate of science in nursing (A.S.N.) from Blue Ridge Community and Technical College in West Virginia. Then went on to complete her masters of science in nursing (M.S.N.) from Shenandoah University, in Virginia, in 2021.
Her favorite part about being a nurse practitioner is partnering with her patients to help them achieve their highest level of wellness, and in doing so, focusing not only on their physical but also emotional and psychological well-being. N.P. Tokekar received her Family Nurse Practitioner (F.N.P.) certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
In her free time, she enjoys music, travelling, reading and nature walks. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her husband, her daughter and their cat.
