Amber Phelps, C.R.N.P., is a family medicine provider at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians in Frederick. She graduated from George Washington University in 2020 with her M.S.N. in the adult/gerontology nurse practitioner program. N.P. Phelps has been a nurse since 2012, graduating from Fairmont State University with an associate degree in nursing. She has been employed within the Johns Hopkins Health System since 2014, working as a registered nurse at Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center and Johns Hopkins Community Physicians in Frederick.
