Sara Tamashasky, P.A.-C., M.P.H., is a family medicine provider with Johns Hopkins Medicine Primary VirtualCare. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Dayton and both her Master of Science in Health Sciences, Physician Assistant Studies, and her Master of Public Health in Administrative Medicine Management from George Washington University. P.A. Tamashasky has more than 15 years of experience working in emergency medicine in the Washington metropolitan area, with 12 of those years being at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. In addition, she spent three years working with inpatient urology.
As a Johns Hopkins Medicine Primary VirtualCare provider, P.A. Tamashasky enjoys making the experience of navigating the health care system easier for her patients. She knows the importance of truly listening to her patients to understand their concerns and to help develop plans that meet those concerns and needs. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, gardening and spending time with her family.
