Award Details

The Innovations in Clinical Care award is presented to the physician, nurse and/or team who demonstrates a visionary approach to problem solving and performance improvement.

This award is open to physicians and care teams associated with The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center, Sibley Memorial Hospital, Suburban Hospital, Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and Johns Hopkins Community Physicians.

Evaluation Criteria

• Develops innovative solutions to delivering patient care resulting in improved access, quality, continuity of care and/or patient outcomes
• Care team must include a physician lead
• Cannot be a winner or winning team from last year in this category (see most recent winners)
