The CYTOGENETICS Laboratory is certified by the College of American Pathology (License #15309-01) and by CLIA (License #10D0700790). We have participated in quality control tests/surveys administered by the College of American Pathologists and others since 1982.

Specimens are accepted 24/7 through the Main Clinical Laboratory. Use our Cytogenomics Lab Test Request form.

Facilities

Located in the Outpatient Care Center, the Cytogenetics laboratory is a full service facility and is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments. Cytogenetics lab provides services in the following sub-sections: Oncology methylation tumor profiling, chromosome analysis (constitutional and oncology), chromosome microarray (constitutional and oncology), FISH (constitutional, oncology, and FFPE) and STR for monitoring engraftment.
