The CORE and POCT Laboratory is certified by the College of American Pathology (License #15309-01) and by CLIA (License #10D0700790). We have participated in quality control tests/surveys administered by the College of American Pathologists and others since 1982.

Facilites

The CORE lab provides services in the following sub-sections: Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Drug Screens, Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, Special Hematology and Special Coagulation. Located in the Outpatient Care Center, the CORE laboratory is a full service pediatric-based facility and is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments, including Sysmex, Stago, Architect, Sebia, and TEG. Our team includes certified clinical laboratory scientists and subject-matter specialists across all Core Lab sections, dedicated to delivering timely, high-quality results and leading continuous quality improvement initiatives to better serve our patients.
