Ana Martinez, M.D.

Dr. Ana Martinez completed her pediatric residency at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in Chicago. Her research interests include Bronchopulmonary dysplasia risk assessment and prevention. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, yoga, and painting.

McKenna Straus, M.D.

Dr. McKenna Straus completed her pediatric residency at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She has broad research interests and enjoys spending her downtime with her dog Zoey, as well as boating, kayaking, and engaging in various water sports. McKenna is also a passionate supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs football team.

Andrea Devaris-Martinez

Dr. Andrea Devaris-Martinez completed her residency at Yale New Haven Children's Hospital and earned her medical degree from the Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. Her clinical interests include nutrition, gastrointestinal pathologies, and global health.

Bennett Mack

Dr. Bennett Mack completed his residency and chief year at Prisma Health Children's Hospital-Upstate in Greenville, South Carolina. He is a graduate of the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. His academic interests include cost-effective care, as well as improving documentation and provider satisfaction in the NICU.

Christina Miller

Dr. Christina Miller completed her residency in Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. She earned her medical degree from the University of Mississippi. Her professional interests include Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia and global health. Outside of work, Dr. Miller enjoys soccer, pickleball, travel, and musicals.

Meyling Zuniga

Dr. Meyling Zuniga completed her residency at Stony Brook Children’s in Stony Brook, New York, and earned her medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Middletown, New York. Her academic interests include massage therapy in neonates and diversity in medicine. Dr. Zuniga enjoys playing tennis, participating in Pure Barre and pickleball, salsa dancing, and caring for her dog.

Aditi Dey, M.D.

Dr. Dey earned her medical degree from Medical College of Georgia, Augusta. She then completed her residency at Johns Hopkins All Children's, followed by a fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at Johns Hopkins All Children's. She then joined BayCare as a neonatologist.

Rolando Encarnacion Guzman, M.D.

Dr. Rolando Encarnacion Guzman graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at the University of Puerto Rico - University Pediatric Hospital Program. His academic interests include point-of-care ultrasound applications and the use of machine learning/artificial intelligence in the management of patent ductus arteriosus. Dr. Encarnacion Guzman will continue his training at the University of California Irvine’s Children’s Hospital of Orange County, participating in the Neonatal Hemodynamics & Neonatal Cardiovascular Intensive Care Fellowship Program.

Michelle Hojnicki, D.O.

Dr. Hojnicki specializes in neonatology with the Johns Hopkins All Children's Maternal, Fetal & Neonatal Institute. She sees patients at the Johns Hopkins Al Children’s main campus. She joined the hospital staff in 2024. She earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, followed by a neonatal-perinatal medicine fellowship at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. View Dr. Hojnicki's bio.

Michelle Hojnicki DO

Noura Nickel, M.D.

Dr. Nickel specializes in Neonatology in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Maternal, Fetal & Neonatal Institute. Dr. Nickel earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky. She completed both her pediatric residency and neonatal and perinatal medicine fellowship at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the medical staff in 2021 and sees patients in our main campus level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in St. Petersburg. She also sees patients at the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Fetal Care Program, working with Maternal-Fetal Medicine colleagues as well as various pediatric subspecialists to provide prenatal consultation and counseling, and to offer a coordinated, family-centered approach to the diagnosis and treatment of fetal anomalies that brings perinatal, neonatal and pediatric specialists to the patient. Noura Nickel MD

Darah Yuhas, M.D.

Dr. Darah Yuhas graduated from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and completed her pediatric residency and chief residency at the Integrated Pediatric Residency Training Program at Wright State University School of Medicine. Her research focuses on the maturational and dysfunctional mechanisms of neonatal feeding disorders. Clinically, she is interested in the management of extremely premature infants, feeding disorders of prematurity, and breastfeeding. Dr. Yuhas has accepted an academic position at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
