K. Alicia Schulhof brings more than 17 years of experience leading complex health care organizations to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. Most recently, she was the president of Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital (PMCH), and a statewide pediatric service line leader for Ascension, St. Vincent in Indiana. During her tenure at PMCH, Schulhof led the design and implementation of a statewide pediatric dashboard and data analytics hub, and facilitated the development of a five-year, statewide pediatric strategic plan that was adopted by the state-level leadership team.
Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs
Dr. Danielson is associate dean of clinical affairs at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. Dr. Danielson also began serving as president of All Children’s Specialty Physicians (ACSP) in 2023, first on an interim basis and then permanently. A clinical professor of surgery, he has chaired the Johns Hopkins All Children's Department of Surgery since 2020 and was interim chair from 2018 to 2020. He specializes in general surgery and was an early adopter of minimally invasive surgical techniques, developing expertise in treating chest wall deformities.
Associate Dean for Administration
Lisa DeBerry joined Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital as associate dean for administration in 2021. She is focused on the continued development of the hospital’s institutes, departments and medical education programs that support learning, inquiry and clinical excellence. She also oversees academic affiliations, the Center for Medical Simulation and Innovative Education, research and Johns Hopkins Medicine faculty recruitment.
Vice President of Government Affairs and Chief of Staff
As the vice president of government affairs and chief of staff, Kathryn (Kathy) Gillette, M.H.A., serves as an advocate for child health issues in Tallahassee on both the legislative and regulatory fronts. She serves as an adviser and consultant to the hospital president and executive leaders, providing guidance, coordination and management of high-level, cross-functional projects and programs to further the Johns Hopkins All Children’s operational and strategic priorities. She also manages and supports the organization’s governance structure and serves as the Board of Trustees executive liaison. She joined the hospital staff in 2022.
Vice President, Human Resources
Nichole (Nicki) Hancock joined Johns Hopkins All Children’s as vice president of human resources in 2020. She leads the HR, occupational health and security teams, and guides leadership development, employee engagement and other key human resources initiatives for the more than 3,000 employees based at the hospital’s main campus in St. Petersburg and its outpatient locations across several Florida counties.

George Jallo, M.D., is the vice dean and physician-in-chief at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. He also is the David M. Goldenberg Family Endowed Chair in the Institute for Brain Protection Sciences and a professor of neurosurgery, pediatrics and oncology with Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer
Melissa Macogay, D.N.P., M.B.A., R.N., CCRN-K, NE-BC is vice president and chief nursing officer for Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. A registered nurse for more than 21 years, Macogay is passionate about pediatric nursing, encouraging and supporting professionalism from her teams. She is dedicated to creating high quality, reliable systems of care founded upon a healthy work environment. In 2019, Macogay led Johns Hopkins All Children’s hospital to achieve their initial Magnet designation for nursing excellence.
Chair, Department of Pediatric Medicine
Dr. Napolitano chairs the Department of Pediatric Medicine at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. He joined the Johns Hopkins All Children’s neonatology program in 1988 and serves as senior neonatologist.
Vice President, Patient Safety and Quality
Dr. Nawab is the vice president of patient safety and quality and specializes in neonatology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She joined the hospital staff in 2023. At Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), Dr. Nawab was senior medical director of patient safety.
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Justin Olsen is the vice president and chief operating officer (COO) of Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. As COO, he oversees ancillary, ambulatory and support services. His position within the executive team provides operational direction for the organization and supports a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Vice President of Medical Affairs
Dr. Perno is the vice president of medical affairs and the vice chairman of the Department of Medicine at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. In 2022, he also became interim chief officer for patient safety and quality. He joined the hospital staff in 2003. Dr. Perno focuses on aligning clinical resources across the continuum of care to ensure quality and patient safety as well as value-based services. His responsibilities include medical credentialing and privileging oversight, assessment of medical staff performance and enhancement of care coordination and clinical pathways with community pediatricians.
Executive Vice President, Johns Hopkins All Children's Foundation
As executive vice president of the Johns Hopkins All Children's Foundation, Jenine Rabin, M.B.A., plays a key role in defining the hospital's funding needs and then shaping the philanthropic opportunities that invite donors to become involved through their gifts of time, talent and treasure. She is responsible for all fundraising activities and personnel, directing a team of passionate and talented individuals.
Chief Financial Officer
Sherron Rogers is the chief financial officer at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2022. Rogers strategically leads the financial areas of the hospital, including financial planning and analysis, financial accounting, hospital and professional billing, patient access, revenue integrity, managed care, case management and health information management. She enjoys engaging multidisciplinary teams to identify and work toward challenging goals, and she ensures transparency of financial performance and improvement initiatives to the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and Johns Hopkins All Children’s Foundation Boards of Trustees, committees and leadership.
Chief of Medical Staff
Dr. Smith specializes in critical care medicine in the cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) and pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2015 and became vice chair of the medical staff in January 2020. She became chief of the medical staff in January 2022.
Practice Group Leader and Chief Legal Counsel for Florida Affairs
Vickie Williams, J.D., serves as practice group leader and chief legal counsel for Florida Affairs in the Johns Hopkins Health System Legal Department. She provides strategic advice and legal counsel as a member of the Johns Hopkins All Children’s executive team. She also oversees all legal work for Hopkins’ Florida-based interests in collaboration with counsel at the system level. Williams joined Johns Hopkins All Children’s in 2021.
