K. Alicia Schulhof, M.H.A., F.A.C.H.E.

President

Alicia Schulhof is a mission and values driven leader who has built and nurtured high-performance teams for over 20 years in healthcare. She has led complex healthcare organizations through transformational change in for-profit, nonprofit, community, and academic settings. Schulhof is lauded for her ability to engage and empower teams to maximize their potential. As president of Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, Schulhof has oversight of all aspects of the health system including its hospital and affiliate operations, research, academic, and physician enterprises, as well as the foundation. In partnership with her team, Schulhof leads the vision and strategy of the organization, and the expansion of its mission through treatment, education, research and advocacy.

Paola Ballester, M.D.

Chief of Medical Staff

Dr. Ballester serves as the medical director for Utilization Management and physician adviser supporting the Utilization Management, Case Management and Health Information Management teams at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. In her role, she collaborates with many teams across the institution to ensure our facility is complying with health regulations and policies while providing high quality, evidence-based, comprehensive and family-centered care. She became chief of the medical staff in January 2026.

Soula Banich, MHA

Vice President of Strategy

Soula Banich, MHA, is vice president of strategy at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She leads the hospital’s strategic planning and oversees development and management of strategic affiliations and initiatives with other health care and academic organizations. She works closely with the hospital president and Board of Trustees Planning Committee, as well as clinical, academic and affiliate leaders, to shape long-term strategic priorities and align organizational partnerships and resources to achieve them. She joined the hospital staff in 2026.

Soula Banich

Paul Danielson, M.D.

Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs

Dr. Danielson is associate dean of clinical affairs at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. Dr. Danielson also began serving as president of All Children’s Specialty Physicians (ACSP) in 2023, first on an interim basis and then permanently. A clinical professor of surgery, he has chaired the Johns Hopkins All Children's Department of Surgery since 2020 and was interim chair from 2018 to 2020. He specializes in general surgery and was an early adopter of minimally invasive surgical techniques, developing expertise in treating chest wall deformities.

Lisa DeBerry, M.N.M.

Associate Dean for Administration

Lisa DeBerry joined Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital as associate dean for academic administration in 2021. She is focused on the continued development of the research and education programs for the hospital’s institutes and departments in support of learning, inquiry and clinical excellence. She oversees academic affiliations, the strategic growth and recruitment of Johns Hopkins Medicine faculty at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, and the Center for Medical Simulation and Innovative Education. She is the chief of research administration for the All Children’s Research Institute (ACRI) and leads several research cores and service centers to support the research mission on the Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital campus.

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Cory Domayer, CPA, is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. He strategically leads the financial areas of the hospital, including financial planning and analysis, financial accounting, financial innovation, hospital and professional billing, health information management, patient access, revenue integrity, case management and managed care. He also ensures transparency of financial performance and improvement initiatives to the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and Johns Hopkins All Children’s Foundation Boards of Trustees, committees and leadership. He joined the hospital staff in 2026.

George Jallo, M.D.

Vice Dean and Physician-in-Chief

George Jallo, M.D., is the vice dean and physician-in-chief at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. He also is the David M. Goldenberg Family Endowed Chair in the Hough Family Institute for Brain Protection Sciences and a professor of neurosurgery, pediatrics and oncology with Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

Theresa H. Levering, SPHR

Interim Vice President, Human Resources

Theresa Levering is the interim vice president of human resources at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She leads the HR and occupational health teams, and guides leadership development, employee engagement and other key human resources initiatives for the more than 3,000 employees based at the hospital’s St. Petersburg campus and its outpatient locations across several Florida counties. She joined the hospital staff in 2024 and has served as human resources director.

Melissa Macogay, D.N.P., M.B.A., R.N., CCRN-K, NE-BC

Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer

Melissa Macogay, D.N.P., M.B.A., R.N., CCRN-K, NE-BC is vice president and chief nursing officer for Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. A registered nurse for more than 21 years, Macogay is passionate about pediatric nursing, encouraging and supporting professionalism from her teams. She is dedicated to creating high quality, reliable systems of care founded upon a healthy work environment. In 2019, Macogay led Johns Hopkins All Children’s hospital to achieve their initial Magnet designation for nursing excellence.

Anthony (Tony) Napolitano, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Vice President of Affiliate Medical Affairs

Dr. Napolitano is Vice President of Affiliate Medical Affairs at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. He oversees the quality, safety and experiences delivered by Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital clinicians on affiliate campuses, working in close partnership with All Children’s Specialty Physicians and service line and institute leaders.

Justin Olsen, J.D., M.H.A., FACHE

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Justin Olsen is the vice president and chief operating officer (COO) of Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. As COO, he oversees ancillary, ambulatory and support services. His position within the executive team provides operational direction for the organization and supports a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.


Joseph Perno, M.D., M.B.A.

Vice President of Medical Affairs

Dr. Perno is the vice president of medical affairs at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, and chief administrative officer for Johns Hopkins All Children’s Wesley Chapel. In 2022, he also became interim chief officer for patient safety and quality. He joined the hospital staff in 2003. Dr. Perno focuses on aligning clinical resources across the continuum of care to ensure quality and patient safety as well as value-based services. His responsibilities include medical credentialing and privileging oversight, assessment of medical staff performance and enhancement of care coordination and clinical pathways with community pediatricians.

Executive Vice President, Johns Hopkins All Children's Foundation

As executive vice president of the Johns Hopkins All Children's Foundation, Jenine Rabin, M.B.A., plays a key role in defining the hospital's funding needs and then shaping the philanthropic opportunities that invite donors to become involved through their gifts of time, talent and treasure. She is responsible for all fundraising activities and personnel, directing a team of passionate and talented individuals.

Vickie Williams, J.D.

Practice Group Leader and Chief Legal Counsel for Florida Affairs

Vickie Williams, J.D., serves as practice group leader and chief legal counsel for Florida Affairs in the Johns Hopkins Health System Legal Department. She provides strategic advice and legal counsel as a member of the Johns Hopkins All Children’s executive team. She also oversees all legal work for Hopkins’ Florida-based interests in collaboration with counsel at the system level. Williams joined Johns Hopkins All Children’s in 2021.
