Adolescent/Young Adult Medicine

The Center for Adolescents and Young Adult Health (JHUCAYAH) focuses on the care of patients ages 11 to 25 and provides primary care, subspecialty health care and adolescent/young adult consultation services at the historic Harriet Lane Clinic within Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. The clinic primarily serves patients and families in the East Baltimore community but also those from the surrounding Mid-Atlantic region. The interdisciplinary team provides patient-centered, family-engaged care for approximately 3,500 adolescents and young adults, with over 10,000 visits per year. The center also serves as a multidisciplinary subspecialty practice and adolescent medicine fellows.
